Description Team Strategic Planning presents a structured planning process to enhance a teams capacity for creative strategy building to enable them to implement their project action plans more effectively. Upon completion of this program participants will have gained knowledge and valuable experience during a hands on workshop to help them: Gain team consensus on alignment of project, program, and organizational goals. Inspire a shared vision. Develop strategies by addressing barriers and contradictions. Deepen commitment of team members to achieving the vision.
